Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return your item. Please send it back unworn, unwashed and with the tags attached.
Refunds
Once we've received your return, we refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.
Faulty or wrong items
Received something faulty or not what you ordered? Email us with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you swap it.
How to start a return
- Email us with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Wait for our reply with the return details.
- Send the item back with a tracked service.
