Welcome to Ollil. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you order.

1. Using our store

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

2. Products

All products are subject to availability. We do our best to show colours accurately, but they may look slightly different on your screen. Please check our size guide before ordering.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in British pounds (£) and include taxes. Prices may change, but you always pay the price shown when you placed your order. Payment is taken in full at checkout.

4. Orders

After you order, you'll receive a confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there's an obvious pricing mistake, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, you'll get a full refund.

5. Delivery

Delivery is free on every UK order. Most orders arrive within 7–12 working days.

6. Returns and refunds

You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Faulty or wrong items are refunded or replaced.

7. Our content

All content on this website, including text, images and our logo, belongs to Ollil or is used with permission. Please don't copy or use it without our written permission.

8. Our responsibility

We're responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, or limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
