We deliver free to every address in the UK. Here's what to expect after you place your order.

Where we ship
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Processing
We process orders within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays). At busy times, like the run-up to Christmas, this can take a little longer.
Delivery times
Your order is sent from our international fulfilment centre. Most orders arrive within 7–12 working days of being placed. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays or busy periods.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. It can take 24–48 hours before tracking shows updates. If nothing has changed after that, email us and we'll look into it.
Your delivery address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. Spotted a mistake? Email us as soon as possible and we'll update it if your order hasn't shipped yet.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and, if possible, a photo. We'll sort it out with a replacement or a refund.
